  • Upload real photos of the actual item
  • Do not mislead buyers in any way

3. Sell Only What's Wedding-Related

Knot New is a curated wedding marketplace.

Allowed:

  • Wedding & formal wear
  • Décor & styling items
  • Florals & backdrops
  • Stationery & signage
  • Furniture, props & accessories
  • Gifts & keepsakes

No unrelated, illegal or inappropriate items are permitted.

4. Respect Payments & Pricing

  • Do not request payments outside the app
  • Do not attempt to avoid Knot New fees
  • Do not price-gouge or misrepresent item value
  • All transactions must be processed through Knot New

This protects both buyers and sellers.

5. No Scams. Ever.

Zero tolerance.

You may not:

  • Post fake listings
  • Sell counterfeit items
  • Misrepresent brands
  • Attempt to scam, mislead or deceive users

Any suspicious activity will result in immediate removal.

6. Keep Communication On The App

For your safety:

  • All conversations must remain inside Knot New
  • Do not pressure users to move conversations or payments elsewhere
  • This ensures we can support you if anything goes wrong

7. Deliver What You Promise

  • Dispatch items within your stated timeframe
  • Use the agreed delivery method
  • Keep buyers informed
  • Only mark items as sent when they have actually been dispatched

Reliability builds trust.

8. Respect Cancellations & Returns

  • Follow Knot New return and refund policies
  • Do not harass buyers regarding disputes
  • All disputes must be handled through Knot New Support

9. No Self-Promotion or Spam

  • No unsolicited advertising
  • No external selling links
  • No spam messages
  • No directing users to other platforms

10. Protect Privacy

  • Do not share personal or private information
  • Do not post someone else's photos without permission
  • Respect confidentiality at all times

11. We're a Feel-Good Space

Knot New is a place for celebration, kindness and community. Anyone who damages that spirit may have their account restricted or removed.
